We loved the hotel's festive decorations and the huge breakfast buffet was a hit with everyone, especially with our adult kids. The staff was really nice and there was easy access to public transport nearby.

My wife says that the wi-fi costs could really be better for families.

Our christmas was pleasant, would definitely go back. The hotel was perfect and the staff was efficient, it had fantastic location to number 4 tram. The breakfast was large for selections, the food was nice. Location: the property was not far from the centre for free wifi, the Christmas market and the Museum of the Nuremberg Trials or the area of gathering of the Nazi partie.

The room with 2 bathrooms. I've been here for 1 night, the breakfast was overall reasonably good with various options...

The staff were very courteous. Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace after shopping nearby, where excellent vintage shops were located.

370 euros for a double room is expensive. The bar was only available in the description, the heating had to be repaired first. The door to the room barely closed.

The room layout came as a pleasant surprise, with a stylish duplex design. The ambience felt cozy and quiet. Breakfast options impressed with good variety, especially the quality of food. Staff interactions stood out, as they were accommodating and helped with luggage logistics during a challenging time. The absence of air conditioning was great, especially at night. There were also issues with WiFi pricing that seemed excessive. The proximity to public transport was a bonus, with easy access to the main attractions.

bed was comfortable. bath tub was deep. shampoo/soap/hair dryer was provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in restaraunt was excellent and resonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinning experience and I was alone. I enjoyed the whole experience from opening the front door until the taxi driver pulled my luggage out the next day. I wish I had more time to spend in the city. Next time I will stay there also. This location was recommened to me and was easily found on internet to book. Thank you sooo very much

Okay, so the room was, like, super spacious and quiet even with that big road right next to the hotel. You could kick back, and I loved the cozy vibe of their restaurant for breakfast-it was, like, packed with all the good stuff! Stuff to hang clothes and a nice big bathroom too. Totally an ideal spot for chilling after exploring!

Hotel location is Ok. But value for money is extremely poor. Mostly all services like internet , breakfast & car parking were charged extra which is not the way hotels work @ exhorbitent tariffs.

Facilities provided by the hotels were not proper and were all paid services.
